Job Description:

We have an immediate opening for a full-time, highly professional, and career oriented Warehouse Coordinator.

Successful candidates will be energetic, outgoing, self-motivated leaders who can manage and direct the workload, and take ownership of the warehouse operations. Additional preferred skills include the ability to lead a team and a project, prioritize, multitask and keep tasks organized, on track and moving forward. Exceptional communication, etiquette and support skills are required.

The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for inventory control functions including shipping, receiving and warehouse duties. When not performing inventory control functions this individual may perform Purchasing, Facilities and other functions as needed.

Responsibilities:
Receive, unpack, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy against purchase orders.
Administer inventory control, record keeping and labeling for goods entering and leaving the warehouse.
Assemble and pack goods for outgoing shipments while ensuring that deliveries are on time and accurate.
Maintain an efficient and organized warehouse to ensure that stored goods can be located and transported.
Assist with assembly and tear down of fragile electronic equipment and computer hardware.
Perform regularly scheduled maintenance activities in the warehouse including general housekeeping, sweeping, mopping and trash/recycling management.

This is a non-standard warehouse coordinator position as it is part of a highly professional software development environment. This position does not require continuous loading and unloading of trucks, merchandising, or excessive strenuous activity.

Requirements:

  • 2-year or 4-year (preferred) degree in General Management, Operations, Manufacturing, Logistics or a business degree in a related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office products.
  • Above average problem solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Professional attitude and presence.
  • Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Knowledge and proficiency in using PCs and Microsoft office software in an administrative setting.
  • Ability to push, pull and lift a minimum of 50 pounds on a regular basis.
