engineer with more than 25 years of industry experience in automation and utilities. Passionate about total customer satisfaction, developing long lasting relationships with customers, and driving creativity and innovation within the organization. Co-founded OSI in 1992.
Academic Education: MS in Electrical Engineering, University of Illinois.
Ron Ingram, Corporate Vice President
Computer
engineer with more than 18 years of industry experience in information systems and automation. Responsible for strategic technology direction for the organization and head of OSI Innovation and Visualization Labs. Co-founded OSI in 1992.
Academic Education: BS in Computer Engineering, University of Minnesota.
Brian Rasefske, Vice President of Engineering
Electrical
engineer with more than 17 years of industry experience in automation and utilities. Dedicated to Design Excellence and Pragmatic Development. Leads all
of OSI's software and hardware development and project implementation activities.
Academic Education: BS in Electrical Engineering, Pennsylvania State University.
Nader Farah, Managing Director of International Operations
Executive with more than 27 years of industry experience in automation and utilities with a focus in the international arena. Directs OSI's operations in Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC), Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) and Asia-Pacific regions. Responsible for international strategy and business development, risk management, revenue growth, partnership establishment and services delivery.
Academic Education: BSEE and MSEE from Purdue University.
Edwin Stephenson, Director of Project Delivery
Electrical engineer with more than 15 years of industry experience in automation, utilities
and project execution. Responsible for all Project Implementation and Project Management initiatives. Oversees all customer projects
and contract fulfillment.
Academic Education: MS in Electrical Engineering, Auburn University.
Linda Leeson, Manager of Quality Assurance
Results-driven Operations and Quality Assurance professional with more than 25 years
of industry experience. Responsible for all ISO 9000 and Quality Assurance initiatives as well as strategic operations and quality improvement programs.
Academic Education: Physics program, University of Cincinnati, and Economics program, Augsburg College.
William Kinser, Director of Software Development
Software engineer and software development manager with more than 19 years of experience in software life cycle development.
Responsible for all software development initiatives including quality assurance programs.
Academic Education: BS in Mathematics, Oklahoma State University.
Abed Halimah, Director of Product Management
Electrical
engineer with more than 20 years of industry experience in automation and utilities. Responsible for strategic product management and product planning. Oversees strategic product development initiatives driven by market needs.
Academic Education: MS in Electrical Engineering, Georgia Institute of Technology.
Liz Geris, Director of Finance
Results-driven financial professional with more than 20
years of industry experience. Responsible for all Finance and Accounting, as well as strategic growth initiatives.
Academic Education: BS in Economics, State University of New York.
Robert Kuhl, Director of Hardware Development
Electrical engineer and Information Systems professional with more than 16 years of experience in hardware and software life cycle development. Responsible for all Hardware Development projects and initiatives.
Academic Education: BS in Electrical Engineering, Marquette University and MS in Software Engineering, University of St. Thomas.
Brian Pratt, Director of Engineering
Electrical engineer with more than 15 years of experience in electrical engineering, 13 of these with utilities, as well as 10+ years in management. Responsible for engineering services provided to customers including projects, support, and training.
