Health Insurance
OSI offers employees and their dependents a comprehensive medical insurance plan, with minimum cost to the employees. This plan is much better than the industry average in terms of costs and benefits. Highlights of the plan include the largest network of participant providers chosen by you, as well as a minimum co-pay for doctor visits and prescriptions, discounts for health club memberships, etc. Beware of other plans which limit you to a small network of providers and have high out-of-pocket costs for out-of-network specialists!
Dental Insurance
With this plan, you do not have to switch dentists. OSI employees can choose any dentists they want with this flexible dental coverage. The cost of this plan is mostly covered by OSI.
Vision Discounts
As part of the Health Insurance plan, a discount program is offered to employees for purchasing eye glasses and lenses.
Life Insurance
Employees at OSI are eligible for basic term life insurance coverage and Accidental Death or Dismemberment. The cost of this insurance is covered by OSI. OSI also offers employees additional coverage of Voluntary Life Insurance at their discretion.
Disability Insurance
Employees at OSI are eligible for Short and Long Term Insurance to sustain their income in the event of illness and/or disability or for maternity leave.
401(k) and Matching Fund
OSI offers employees a 401(k) retirement and profit-sharing plan, in which a percentage of pre-tax income may be set aside for retirement investment. OSI also contributes a company match of $0.50 on every $1.00 up to the first six (6) percent of your total income, subject to federal limits.
Profit Sharing
OSI recognizes the important contributions of its employees. Based on fiscal year profitability, OSI apportions a
part of its profit to be distributed to the employees' 401(k) plan.
Flexible Spending Account
OSI employees are eligible to enter a portion of their paycheck (pre-tax) into a flexible spending account or "cafeteria plan" to help pay for additional costs such as medical, vision, dental and dependent care expenses. You minimize your federal and state taxes by taking advantage of this plan.
Personal Time Off
Personal Time Off is an all-purpose time off policy for OSI employees. It combines the traditional vacation and sick plans into one flexible personal time off policy. The amounts you earn each year increase with your length of service.
Tuition and Training Reimbursement
OSI pays for 100% of the cost of any training deemed necessary to improve your skills and job function. In addition, OSI reimburses employees for college credits, up to a limit, for any approved job-related course.
Referral Bonus Program
OSI pays a cash or gift bonus to an employee for each referred hire.
Paid Holidays
OSI schedules 7 paid designated holidays per year.
