(OSI) has been selected by a leader in international wholesale energy markets to provide a comprehensive new SCADA/GMS system based on OSI's monarch™ (Multi-platform Open Network ARCHitecture) platform, in order to control their growing generation portfolio in North America. For competitive reasons, this company has elected to remain anonymous.
A leader in the international wholesale energy markets, this company is one of the largest providers of market service to the wholesale gas and power sectors in North America, with nearly 20,000 MW of generation under management. Initially, the system will be implemented for the ERCOT market with the option to add additional energy markets in the future.
