Open Systems International, Inc. (OSI) has been named one of the 25 "Best Places to Work for Recent Grads", in an independent survey dedicated to identifying and recognizing the nation's best employers for recent college graduates.
Experience, a ConnectEDU company, invited employers from across the country to participate in the 2013 Best Places to Work for Recent Grads survey. The winners were selected by comparing what recent grads prioritize when selecting a place to work. The selection criteria for 2013 included career advancement opportunities, culture, benefits (such as salary and perks) and work/life balance. The survey ran from February through April 2013, garnering responses from over 300 employers from across the country.
OSI was named among the top 25 list, along with familiar names such as Accenture, AT&T, Allstate, Capital One, eBay, Ernst & Young, Exelon, LinkedIn, Intel, Garmin, Phillips and Verizon.
