OSI Appoints New Vice President of Contracts and Compliance

Open Systems International, Inc. (OSI) is pleased to announce that Mary Budge has joined OSI's executive team as the new vice president of the company's contracts and compliance business unit.

An accomplished contracts attorney with more than 20 years of experience, Budge previously served as senior counsel to Deluxe Corporation—known for its services in the financial administration and small business industry—where she managed contracts and legal affairs. She has also worked as contracts counsel to Thomson Reuters, the mass media and information firm. In her new role at OSI, she will lead the company's legal, compliance, and contracts teams and will be a key member of the executive management team.

Budge graduated cum laude from William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota, from which she earned a Juris Doctorate degree.
