Adams Electric Cooperative of Pennsylvania Selects OSI Technology for its New Distribution Management System

Open Systems International, Inc. (OSI) has been awarded a contract by Adams Electric Cooperative (Adams) for a new SCADA and Distribution Management System (DMS). Based on OSI's monarch™ operational technology (OT) platform, this new system will replace Adams' legacy ACS SCADA system, modernizing the utility's distribution operations.

In addition to OSI's modern, secure, and scalable SCADA platform, this new system features fully integrated DMS applications, including Switch Order Management; Distribution Topology Processing; Distribution Power Flow; Fault Location, Isolation, and System Restoration; and Volt/VAR Control & Conservation Voltage Reduction.
