Open Systems International, Inc. The system includes Real-Time Information Management, Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition, Multi-Area/Multi-Market Generation Control and Dispatch, and Transaction Scheduling, as well as Market Operational interfaces to ERCOT, PJM, and the New England ISO. The system is based on the Windows 2000 and Oracle platforms.
