Advanced Training: Thursday, October 30 - Friday, October 31, 2008
OSI's annual User Forum event is a networking experience and informational exchange conference designed to allow our ever-growing user community an opportunity to learn about the direction of OSI products, upcoming monarch product improvements and enhancements, OSI services, and new initiatives which impact the use and maintenance of the OSI platforms and products. First-hand from their peers, our users will learn advanced use of OSI products in operational environments through formal presentations and informal discussions.
The format and content of the User Forum are greatly influenced by the suggestions and recommendations of our users. User presentations underscore innovative and unique uses of the monarch product line and creative solutions to industry issues. Third party suppliers and OEMs will present value-added solutions of interest that complement the OSI system.
The final session of the Forum is often the highest rated portion of the event. The session is devoted to an Open Forum where the user community can:
- Openly discuss current issues with OSI products and services.
- Voice desired enhancements and features in the product line.
- Discuss upcoming industry, regulatory, and corporate challenges and recommend future product development, product enhancements, and additional services that will help our users overcome these challenges.
Users interested in learning the most advanced features of the products and maintenance techniques may participate in an optional two-day monarch Advanced Training course, which is generally held after the closure of the User Forum's general sessions.
