Web-based Training

OSI's monarch™ Web-based training program is a supplement to our standard monarch training program, intended to provide training on focused topics of interest. Topics range from specific maintenance and operation how-to's to general commentaries on specific subjects related to OSI products or technology. Sessions are one hour long and are repeated to provide maximum exposure to our entire client family in various parts of the globe.

OSI Web-based training offers specific refresher courses to fine tune our clients' skills and renew their understanding of important topics long after attending their initial OSI University program.

Web-based training is a component of the monarch support program and is available free of charge to customers enrolled in our Premium Gold, Platinum, or Diamond support plans. Other clients can purchase Web-based training credits with their normal support plans.
