OSI Appoints New Vice President of Finance and Accounting

Open Systems International, Inc. (OSI) is pleased to announce that Paul Forst has joined OSI's executive team as vice president of finance and accounting.

Forst previously served as an executive at Cargill, Inc., a global food and agriculture conglomerate and the largest privately held corporation in the United States by revenue. In his new role, he will help OSI manage the key functions of finance, accounting, and treasury, and will participate in strategic planning for the company. OSI's rapid growth to date and anticipated strategic growth in the future—domestically and internationally—demands an experienced finance executive to supplement OSI's executive team.

After earning a bachelor's degree in accounting from Minnesota State University, Forst went on to work as an auditor for KPMG, a global network of firms offering audit, tax, and advisory services. He's since held several key positions in finance and accounting—including positions outside the U.S.—while working for Cargill.
