Wisconsin's Sun Prairie Utilities Selects OSI Technology for Advanced SCADA System

Open Systems International, Inc. (OSI) has been awarded a contract by Sun Prairie Utilities (SPU) to implement a new SCADA system based on OSI's monarch™ (Multi-platform Open Network ARCHitecture) platform. This new system will replace SPU's aging legacy CG Automation system.

SPU's new SCADA system includes the following functionality: OSI's advanced Graphical User Interface, Real-time and Historical Trending, Data Engineering and Maintenance Subsystem, Advanced Alarm Management System, Communications Front-end Processor, ODBC interface, Historical Information System and Data Archiving, and Remote/Mobile Browser-based User Interface.
