OSI Appoints Thierry Godart, formerly of Intel Corp., as New Senior Vice President of Industrial Technology

Open Systems International, Inc. (OSI) is pleased to announce that Dr. Thierry Godart has joined their executive team as the new senior vice president of Industrial Technology and will be leading OSI's efforts in that sector—an important new growth area for the company.

Dr. Godart is a veteran energy industry professional with nearly 25 years of experience in energy and industry technology. He has an extensive history of successfully growing profitable software and systems businesses within global OEMs and developing software companies in the industrial and energy automation market. Prior to joining OSI, he worked for Intel Corporation as the general manager of their industrial solutions division, having previously worked for GE Power, ABB T&D, Areva T&D, Nexant, Siemens Energy, and Schneider Electric in senior technical and executive roles.

Dr. Godart is known for developing high-performance teams and applying groundbreaking technologies to improve business productivity and sustainability. He comes to OSI well equipped to provide strong strategic leadership to the company's industrial energy management business unit.

A graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology, he has a Ph.D and masters of science in electrical engineering and applied mathematics. He is also a graduate of Supélec in Paris, France.
